Charities

The aim of the Hurstbourne 5 team is to provide a well-organised running event in the village of Hurstbourne Tarrant, as well as to raise money for local charities. All net proceeds are donated to charity. Since its inception in 2008 and first race in 2009, the race has raised over £50000 for local charities. 

In 2024 we donated:

£2600 to Andover Young Carers

£2600 to Enham Trust

£1000 to The Countess of Brecknock Hospice

£1000 to Hampshire Air Ambulance, and

£300 to The Hurstbourne Tarrant Community Centre
